Throughout the school year, Eagle students are taught what character is and are encouraged to demonstrate good character, at home, school and in their community. As educators, we understand that reading, writing, and math are only parts of what students come to school to learn. It is just as important to develop social skills to be successful in their lives. That's why we are utilizing guidance lessons, in class activities, and student "high five" recognitions to encourage good character. Through partnership with parents we hope to continue this essential skill development from classroom to home.
